Roane County Reading Fair, 2010
Rachel Moore, a fifth grader at Walton Elementary School, participates in Roane County Schools' first Reading Fair.
Rachel told the Roane County Reporter that she read “Black Beauty” four times.
“It’s about a horse and it’s got a good, strong story. That’s all I need,” she said.
